Surviving Motherhood Happy Hour: What to Expect!

We are a few short days away from our Happy Hour event and to make sure all our favorite mamas know what to expect — we’re going to give you a quick rundown right here! Without further ado, here are all the need-to-know details:

Lombardo’s, 6 Billings St. Randolph, Massachusetts

Friday August 16th 6:30 – 9:30pm

WHAT

Mom’s Night Out!

WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL:

• Check-in will start promptly at 6:30pm.
• Upon check-in you’ll receive a name tag that will have your ticket # on it. Select ticket holders will receive their swag bags, signature ticket holders will receive a voucher for their exclusive tumbler (to be picked up in the pop up shop later)
• After check-in, you’ll be ushered into our rotunda area (the room with the gorgeous staircase!) This is where you’ll find stationary appetizers and a cash bar. Passed appetizers will begin at 7pm.
• This is your time to mingle, say hello to virtual friends, grab a drink at the bar, and start snackin’! We’ll also have Cat & Nat’s Mom Truths game available for playing at one of the tables (we thought it’d be a fun little ice breaker!)

BEGINNING AT 7pm:

• We will make an announcement inviting Select ticket holders into the main room where the pop up shop will be set up. All Select ticket holders will be entering this area at the same time.
• Once the first group has moved through the pop-up shop, Signature ticket holders will have an opportunity to shop. Entry order will be based on ticket number (see below for your number).
• After Select and Signature ticket holders have filtered through the pop-up shop area, we will announce General Admission ticket holders opportunity to shop.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE POP-UP SHOP AREA:

• Signature ticket holders will have an opportunity to stop and redeem the voucher they received at check-in for the event-only exclusive tumbler included with the ticket purchase. The voucher is valid for one tumbler, and holds no cash value. We hope you love the tumbler we designed for you, but if not – sadly we cannot redeem the voucher on any other item or tumbler in the pop up shop. 
• Our pop-up will be filled to the brim with new AND exclusive products just for event attendees! We did our best to exceed your expectations with these releases and hope you love them as much as we do!

AFTER THE POP UP SHOP:

• There’s still lots to do! Upon exiting the pop-up area you’ll find yourself at our raffle table! This is your chance to enter the raffles with the ticket you were given at check-in. You can absolutely purchase more raffle tickets, but they are available with cash only, please keep this in mind! There is not an ATM available on site.
• Next up: photo booth, food, fun! Please make use of the photo booth our amazing photographer Vivid Life Experience has set up for us, enjoy more passed apps, and more chatting with your new mom friends!

FAQS & MORE INFO:

• Is there a limit on products and can I go through more than once?
  • There are NO purchase limits, and yes you can! Once everyone has had an opportunity to go through the pop-up shop once it’s free game for continued browsing or scooping up additional items!
• Is the event cash only?
  • The pop-up shop AND the bar will accept cards. The raffles are cash only. There is a bank across the street with an ATM should you need!
• What if I’m late?
  • If you don’t make it right at 6:30, no worries! You can still join us. The only thing this would affect would be your access to the pop-up shop as we will not be holding the line up to wait.
• Do I have to be there to claim my raffle prize?
  • YES. Raffles will begin being called at 8:30pm. Winners MUST be in attendance to claim their prize. If your name is chosen but you’re no longer on the premises we will choose another winner.
• Will there be dessert?
  • You betcha! Dessert will be setup approximately 8:30pm while we’re calling raffles.
• Is there a dress code?
  • There is no dress code! Please wear what you are most comfortable in. Team Mom Life Must Haves will be coordinated in matching tees, but you are welcome to dress up, down or in-between however you choose! Comfort is key for this night of fun!
• If I decide to spend the night, are there hotels in the area?
  • Below is a list of accommodations, though there are an abundance of hotels within 20 minutes of Lombardo’s:

• Can I bring my kids or significant other?
  • This event is a 21+ Mom’s Night out! Nursing babies and infants that can be worn are welcome to tag along, but please secure a sitter or family member for toddlers and school aged children. NO TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR. If your significant other is tagging along they will have to wait in the Lombardo’s lobby area which is at the opposite end of the building – no event access will be given for spouses without a ticket.

• Select ticket holders will access the pop up shop at the same time in order of ticket #
• Signature ticket holders will access the pop up shop in smaller groups, in order of ticket #
• General admission ticket holders will access the pop up shop together, in order of ticket #

SELECT TICKETS:

• Select tickets also include a MLMH branded swag bag filled with goodies, including an event exclusive tumbler + one raffle entry.

SIGNATURE TICKETS:

• Signature tickets also include an event exclusive tumbler + one raffle entry.

GENERAL ADMISSION:

• General admission tickets also include one raffle entry.
