We have some big news!
You may have seen in previous blog post that last year I crossed paths with the lovely mom behind Hudson Lillian Designs.
It took us a few months to finally connect (because mom brain) but we got together to collaborate on a giveaway and have been on the same wavelength ever since, so you could imagine my surprise when Ashleigh shared the news of her shop closing earlier this month.
While I’m sad to see HLD close it’s doors, I’m proud of my sweet friend for following her heart.
I am personally no stranger to going with my gut, and saying yes or no to an opportunity simply because I feel pulled to do so (more about that here), so I could truly resonate with Ashleigh’s decision to do just that.
However, I’m excited to share that HLD’s mission to spark conversation will live on, because I’ve acquired the majority of her designs and inventory to give them a new home right here at Mom Life Must Haves.
Introducing: The Journey Collection.
I thought long and hard about how I’d roll these out, what I’d redesign and how I’d merge these new products with our existing ones and I’m excited to share that over the coming weeks you’ll start seeing some of your favorites from HLD in this brand new collection.
Motherhood is the ultimate journey.
I think we’re all in agreement that the moment we decide to become a mother, even before conception, it’s like we’ve stepped onto an epic rollercoaster ride.
The best part about the journey of motherhood is having the ability to not only look back, but forward. We’ve persevered through some of the most incredible and difficult experiences, and although our stories are all different, it’s those experiences that unite us. Not only that, but we can all look forward with excitement and love as we watch our babies grow. Regardless of how, why, or when we became mothers, we all share that same sentiment.
In a world where there are so many things to divide us, I believe it’s a breath of fresh air to be united in motherhood.
