This Mother’s Day (and all of the 364 other days of the year) I want to remind you of one thing: you’re never alone.
Mother’s Day this year is going to have the majority of us feeling some type of way. It’s ok if you’re feeling anxious, unsettled, disappointed or discouraged, and on the flip side it’s also ok if you’re feeling totally normal or really great. You are entitled to feel any which way, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
I compiled this video several years ago when MLMH was just a brand new baby! I thought now would be the perfect time to bring it back to the surface to remind you that while it may not always seem it, we are all surviving something. *click to tweet
