Hey sweet friend,

It’s been a while since I’ve typed out a good old-fashioned newsletter. Our From the Founder series was such a fun way for me to connect with you, and I decided that since we’ve got such a busy holiday season here at MLMH – I’d make it a priority!

Fun + Festive Flavors

Tis the season for all the fun and festive flavors! If you follow our Surviving Motherhood Coffee Instagram account you know I shared a recipe I had tried earlier this week, and I wanted to share it here, too! It was such a simple way to add a little flavor to my afternoon coffee and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did!

Living in hoodies and running on caffeine aside, I do think it’s important for us moms to make time for something we enjoy, even if it’s self-tanner, glue on nails and festive tortilla chips. Here are my top 3 favorite things outside of cozy hoodies and cold brew:

Mermaid Water from our local friends Sun Kissed Beauty Boutique: a little spritz before bed and I wake up a little more tan. It’s pretty amazing what that can do for your mood!
Red Aspen Nails: True life: I haven’t gotten a manicure in over a year. I actually just figured it was something I could live without until I found these cuties! They’re SO affordable and last 2-3 weeks! I am brutal on my nails and beyond impressed with them since I tried my first set in October! Shop them here.
Cinnamon Crisps: Did I eat this whole bag in a day? Maybe. Were they the most delicious snack I’ve had in a while? Definitely! Shop them here.
