Easter Bunny Iced Coffee

Easter is right around the corner and what better way to kick your brunch up a notch than with this fun Easter Bunny iced coffee? It’s really SO simple, so let’s get started! Here’s what you need to gather:

  • Your favorite Surviving Motherhood Coffee (cold brew is great, or any flavor if you want to kick things up a notch!)
  • Hollow chocolate bunnies
  • Whipped cream
  • Your favorite topping sauce (caramel works great with the chocolate, bonus points if you use caramel coffee, too!)
  • Straws and a serving board

I think it goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyway: you want COLD coffee for these! Cold brew made the night before works great, or if you want to brew up some flavored coffee using your french press or coffee machine, let it cool overnight in the fridge.

Once your supplies are assembled, you’ll want to use a sharp knife to gently cut the ears off. This doesn’t have to be a perfect process, you’re going to cover the cut line with whipped cream when it’s time to serve anyway!

Next, adding ice is optional. Because we’re using cold coffee, I opted to leave all of the space for coffee without ice but if you’d like – go for it! Then fill your bunny with coffee, top with whipped cream and sauce, and serve! As the whipped cream melts it’ll act as a sweetened creamer and be so delicious!

This is such a fun way to surprise your brunch guests with a sweet, caffeinated treat! If you give it a try, let me know in the comments below! If you’d like some fun flavored coffees to try, check out this post for some new ideas!
