3 Iced Coffees to Make This Week

If your daily coffee routine needs a little up-leveling, you’ve landed at the right place! This week I’ve got 3 iced coffee variations you probably haven’t tried yet, and they are *perfection*! I’m going to keep this post short, sweet, and to the point, because let’s be honest, the less time you spend reading the more time you have to go make one of these delicious iced coffee variations!

Peanut Butter S’mores Iced Coffee

To make this sweet treat, you’ll need to brew and cool your coffee, then pour it over ice (I like to use my Ninja Coffee Bar and the brew over ice setting) or you can also use Cold Brew. For this one in particular I used our Peanut Butter Dream flavored coffee. The next step is to gather your additional ingredients. Here’s what I used:

Now that we have those gathered, here’s how to assemble it:

  • Swirl the dark chocolate sauce inside your glass, remember it doesn’t have to be pretty or perfect – it’s for flavor!
  • Fill your glass with ice, then coffee, but leave room at the top!
  • Add about a TBS of S’mores syrup to your iced coffee (that’s a rough measurement, adjust to your taste!)
  • To make the peanut butter cold foam, you’ll want to grab a small dish and frother (or use the built-in one on your Ninja) We’re going to add about 1/4 cup of milk, cream or creamer and about a teaspoon of peanut butter powder. Blend and froth until nice and foamy! Again, you can adjust this to your taste.
  • Pour the cold foam on top, add another drizzle of dark chocolate syrup if you’d like and most importantly, enjoy your delicious s’mores iced coffee without ever having to leave the house!

  • To make the cold foam, you’ll want to grab a small dish and frother (or use the built-in one on your Ninja) We’re going to add about 1/4 cup of your favorite milk, a splash of vanilla extract, a splash of vanilla syrup, and a couple shakes of cinnamon.
